A valid driving license
To deliver with Nep Meals, you must have a valid driving license if you plan to use a motorbike or scooter.

National ID or citizenship card
We require a valid national ID or citizenship card to verify your identity. This helps us keep the platform safe and trustworthy for customers, restaurants, and riders.

A smartphone (Android or iOS)
You'll need a smartphone to run the Nep Meals Rider app, where you'll receive delivery requests, navigate to restaurants and customers, and track your earnings.

Your own vehicle in good condition
Riders should have their own vehicle, such as a motorbike, scooter, or bicycle, in good working condition.

Once you submit your application and documents, approval takes 24-48 hours. You can start taking orders as soon as you're approved.
Payouts happen every Sunday night, directly to your bank account, eSewa, or Khalti wallet. Instant payout is also available anytime for a small fee.
Both are welcome. Bicycle riders are assigned shorter-distance, inner-city deliveries that are perfectly suited to cycling.
