Does NepMeals prepare food itself?+

No. NepMeals is a platform and delivery coordinator. Food is prepared by restaurant partners listed on the app.

From which restaurants can I order?+

You can order from restaurants available in your location that are currently open and delivering through NepMeals.

To which locations do you deliver?+

Delivery coverage depends on serviceable areas and rider availability. Your exact availability is shown in-app based on your address.

Do you charge more for the food than in the restaurant?+

Menu pricing is set by restaurant partners. Any delivery or service charges are shown clearly at checkout before order confirmation.

What is the delivery charge?+

Current rule is NPR 50 base charge for the first 3 km, then NPR 10 per additional started km, capped at NPR 500.

How do I pay for my food?+

You can pay using cash on delivery or supported online payment options shown at checkout.

Can I pick up the order myself from the restaurant?+

If pickup is enabled for that restaurant/order type, you can choose pickup during checkout instead of delivery.

Can I cancel my order if needed?+

You can request cancellation based on the order stage and applicable policy terms. Check Cancellation Policy for full details.

Can I choose food from more than one restaurant at a time?+

Orders are currently placed one restaurant at a time for smoother preparation and delivery flow.

What is the minimum order amount for delivery service?+

Service hours depend on participating restaurant timings and delivery partner availability in your area.

How much time does it take to get food delivered?+
