This Policy explains operation of promotions, coupons, discounts, credits, referral benefits, and Rescue Deals on NepMeals.

SCOPE
- This Policy applies to all promotional benefits offered by NepMeals or participating partners through official NepMeals channels.
- Promotions are optional commercial incentives and not guaranteed rights unless required by law.
GENERAL ELIGIBILITY RULES
- Eligibility may depend on account status, location, order value, category, usage history, payment method, and campaign terms.
- NepMeals may verify eligibility and block ineligible usage attempts.
- NepMeals may cap redemptions per user/account/device/payment instrument, restrict high-risk accounts, apply geographic limits, and suppress offer visibility where reasonably required for abuse prevention or platform balance.
PROMOTION CONDITIONS
- Offers may include expiry date, minimum basket value, maximum discount cap, usage limits, and category exclusions.
- Unless expressly allowed, promotions are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-cashable.
- Only one promotion may apply per order where stacking is not explicitly permitted.
RESCUE DEALS
- Rescue Deals represent discounted, surplus, or time-sensitive items offered by participating restaurants.
- Rescue Deal items may be time-sensitive and intended for near-term consumption. While safety and food compliance standards remain applicable, shelf-life expectations may differ from standard menu items.
- Availability is limited, and items may be withdrawn once sold out or expired.
- Refund eligibility may depend on whether quality or safety standards were objectively breached.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND PROMOTION REVERSAL
- If a promotion-linked order is canceled or refunded, promotional value may be reversed, reduced, or not reinstated based on campaign rules and verified cause.
- Wallet credits, referral benefits, or coupons obtained through abuse may be removed.
PRICING OR SYSTEM ERROR
- If a clear pricing, technical, or campaign configuration error is detected, NepMeals may correct, cancel, or limit affected transactions where lawful.
- NepMeals will attempt reasonable notification and fair resolution under applicable policy and law.
ABUSE PREVENTION
- Multiple-account abuse, automation, collusion, fake referrals, exploitative order patterns, and loophole manipulation are prohibited.
- NepMeals may restrict offers, reverse benefits, suspend accounts, or escalate legally where abuse is verified.
PARTNER-FUNDED PROMOTIONS
- Some promotions are funded in whole or part by participating partners.
- Partner-funded terms may include additional constraints disclosed in campaign details.
FINAL DECISION FRAMEWORK
- NepMeals determines campaign interpretation and dispute outcomes based on objective logs, campaign terms, and policy controls, while respecting mandatory legal rights.
POLICY CHANGES
- NepMeals may change, pause, or discontinue promotions and may revise this Policy for legal, fraud-control, or business reasons.
- Updated versions are published with effective metadata.
PROMOTION DISPUTE RESPONSE TIMING
- NepMeals aims to acknowledge promotion-related complaints within 2 business days.
- Routine eligibility or campaign disputes are generally targeted for resolution within 7 business days.
- Complex abuse reviews, multi-account investigations, or payment-network-linked cases may require up to 15 business days or longer where required by law.
